Kommunen ansvarar för utbyggnaden av allmän platsmark som omfattar gator, gång- och cykelvägar, trädplantering och en lekpark. SEOM anlägger kommunalt VA, elnät, opto och fjärrvärme i området. Grundförstärkning med KC-pelare krävs i centrala delar av området, dessutom krävs bergschakt i öster och väster i området vidare anläggs ny och bredare gata där befintlig gata är dragen. Garantiskötsel av växter under två år ingår i entreprenaden.
