Upphandlingens syfte är att tillgodose Beställarens behov av en trygg, pålitlig och hållbar skolskjuts för elever i grundskolan i Nordanstigs kommun över avtalstiden som inte kan vara en del av den ordinarie skolskjutsen på grund av exempelvis beviljade färdvägar eller individens behov inte går på ett effektivt sätt att kombinera med ordinarie skolskjuts.
