Hanke eesmärgiks on välja töötada praktilisel õppel põhineva koolitusprogrammi ja viia läbi koolitus vähemalt 200 inimesele. Koolitusel osalenu omandab vastavad õpiväljundid ning on võimeline õpitud teadmisi ja oskusi rakendama alustava noorem tarkvaraarendaja (või vastaval) positsioonil.
