Voditelj projekta će u ime naručitelja obavljati usluge voditelja projekta gradnje na uređenju građevina, vanjskog prostora i infrastrukture Nastavnog nacionalnog središta u Jastrebarskom, Ulica Zrinski-Frankopanska bb, na k.č.br. 2704/2 i 2704/3, k.o. Jastrebarsko. Usluge koje su predmet ove nabave odnose se na upravljanje projektom gradnje u fazi građenja i opremanja, te obuhvaćaju planiranje, organiziranje, kontrolu i vođenje, uz motivaciju svih sudionika da se projektni ciljevi ostvare sigurno, uz efikasan utrošak dodijeljenih resursa, unutar zadanih rokova i proračuna, prema zadanim tehničkim uvjetima. Aktivnosti će se obavljati u skladu s Projektnim zadatkom za uslugu voditelja projekta gradnje na uređenju građevina, vanjskog prostora i infrastrukture Nastavnog nacionalnog središta civilne zaštite u Jastrebarskom, Ulica Zrinski-Frankopanska bb“ od 8. svibnja 2026., koji je u prilogu dokumentacije za nadmetanje, Zakonom o gradnji (NN 155/25), Zakonom o poslovima i djelatnostima prostornog uređenja i gradnje (NN 78/15, 118/18 i 110/19), Zakonom o obveznim odnosima (NN 35/05, 41/08, 78/15, 29/18, 126/21, 114/22, 156/22 i 155/23), Posebnim uzancama o građenju (NN 137/21) i dr…
