Description
Sipoon kunta pyytää tarjousta Sipoon Nikkilän alueen katujen ja yleisten alueiden talvihoitoon liittyvien palvelutehtävien hoitamisesta sopimuskaudelle 15.10.2024-15.5.2027 sekä kahdelle optiovuodelle 2027-2029 (1+1 vuotta). Urakkaan kuuluu tavanomaisia koneellisesti tehtäviä teiden ja käytävien talvihoitotoimenpiteitä. Tämän lisäksi urakkaan kuuluu mm. lumenajoa, pysäkkien ja pysäkkikatosten talvihoitoa sekä roska-astioiden ja TiksPac-roskapussiautomaattien ylläpitoa. Tarjouspyyntö koskee kahta erillistä urakka-aluetta Sipoon Nikkilän alueella: Alue 1 - Nikkilän kartano sekä Alue 2 - Jokilaakso ja Itäinen Jokipuisto. Tarjouksen voi jättää joko yhdestä tai molemmista alueista. Tarkemmat aluerajaukset ja tehtäväkuvaukset löytyvät urakka-asiakirjoista sekä hankintapyynnön linkeistä.
