Description
De opdracht betreft de realisatie van de werktuigbouwkundige en elektrotechnische installaties ten behoeve van de nieuwbouw van IKC De Wegwijzer aan de Acacialaan te Groningen, inclusief de gymzaal. De werkzaamheden omvatten in hoofdlijnen onder meer: • de uitvoering van de werktuigbouwkundige installaties, waaronder de verwarmings-, koel-, ventilatie-, sanitaire en rioleringsinstallaties; • de uitvoering van de elektrotechnische installaties, waaronder de elektrische voorzieningen, verlichting, data- en beveiligingsinstallaties; • de uitvoering en onderlinge afstemming van de regeltechnische installaties en bijbehorende besturingen; • het vervaardigen van de benodigde uitvoerings- en revisietekeningen en overige voorgeschreven documentatie; • de afstemming van de installatietechnische werkzaamheden op de bouwkundige uitvoering en de werkzaamheden van overige betrokken partijen; • het beproeven, testen, inregelen en bedrijfsklaar opleveren van de installaties zie leidraad
