Description

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council invite applications for the appointment of a suitably qualified Main Contractor to undertake construction of a new building and associated infrastructure works at the former Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) site at 48 High Street, Newtownbutler, Co. Fermanagh, BT92 8JD. The project objective is to establish a new iconic, transformative, inclusive development at the former PSNI site at Newtownbutler. With investment in co-designed, sustainable infrastructure, the project will facilitate meaningful and purposeful contact between different communities and will be a lasting legacy for the Newtownbutler people. The purpose of these works is to redevelop the existing brown field site.
