Description

Seltjarnarnes Municipality invites tenders for the project "New Preschool at Sudurstrond". The project involves earthworks, concrete construction, and complete interior and exterior finishing of an approximately 1,700 m² preschool building and the associated plot at Suðurströnd 1 in Seltjarnarnes. The preschool is partially two storeys high and will be connected to the existing preschool building via a corridor. The building is a concrete structure, insulated and clad externally with a metal cladding.
