Description
The existing Sipass system at Steinkjer Town Hall must be replaced as a result of the security and further technical development requirements identified through DICO ́s ongoing platform migration. The contracting authority intends to establish a new system as an expansion of the existing Omnis based access control platform at the O2 building, so that the buildings can be administered as a combined system. The delivery is technically and operationally connected to the existing Omnis platform and an established operational and management model, and the contracting authority has not identified real alternative solutions that can safeguard the need without significant changes to the existing platform or the establishment of parallel system environments. The contracting authority therefore intends to enter into a contract with Avarn Security.
