Ziel der Ausschreibung ist eine Modernisierung des Designs, der Funktionalitäten, Überarbeitung der Indikatoren, etc. Das Vorhaben gliedert sich in: (1) Technische Konzeption & Umsetzung (nicht Ausschreibunggegenstand) (2) Inhaltliche Konzeption & Umsetzung (Projektmanagement, inhaltliche Neukonzeption, Erstellung eines Indikatorenkatalogs, Datenimporte, Erstellung von Karten, Datenvisualisierungen, fachlichen Texten und Analysen.
