Description
Le présent marché a pour objet le ramassage, pour une mise en décharge, de l'ensemble des produits trouvés sur les espaces engazonnés, plantés et non plantés intégrés à la voirie sur le territoire communal y compris Narbonne-Plage. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre composite prévoyant des prestations à prix forfaitaires en ce qui concerne la partie fixe et à prix unitaires en ce qui concerne les prestations occasionnelles. Les prestations occasionnelles font l'objet d'un accord-cadre à bons de commandes en application de l'article R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6 et R. 2162-13 à R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique, sans minimum et avec maximum de 15 000 euros H.T annuel , pour chaque lot
