Description
La présente consultation concerne l'acquisition et la livraison de produits et petits matériels pour l'entretien des locaux de la Ville de Narbonne, de la communauté d'agglomération du Grand Narbonne et les communes qui ont choisi d'adhérer au groupement de commandes, à savoir: Ginestas, Coursan, Bages, Bizanet, Cuxac d'Aude, Fleury d'Aude, Montredon-des-Corbières, Ouveillan, Portel-des-Corbières, Saint Marcel, Sigean, Villedaigne, Vinassan. Il s'agit d'un groupement de commandes dont la Ville de Narbonne assure la coordination. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. Le lot n°2 (achat de produits chimiques) sera passé selon une procédure distincte de la présente consultation, conformément aux dispositions des articles L. 2122-1 et R. 2122-8 combinés avec les articles L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-1 2° du Code de la commande publique
