Description
La durée indiquée ci-dessus est une durée prévisionnelle calculée sur une date de notification prévisionnelle (début contrat: date de notification jusqu'au 31 décembre 2025, reconductible 3 fois). Le marché comprend des prestations de nettoyage pour les services de la Ville et le Centre Communal d'Action Sociale. Dans le cadre de ce marché, 3 lots ont déjà été attribués lors d'une procédure précédente.Le lot 4 nécessite d'être relancé.Cette procédure concerne uniquement le lot 4. Cet accord-cadre « composite » comprend des prestations permanentes réglées par application d'un prix global et forfaitaire et une partie à un accord-cadre à bons de commande correspondant à des prestations occasionnelles avec un montant maximum fixé pour chacune des années et par membre concerné: Partie ville: maximum: 15 000 euro(s) HT /Partie CCAS: maximum: 10 000 euro(s) HT Il est précisé que la PARTIE CCAS est un accord-cadre à bons de commande uniquement. Le contrat prend effet à compter de sa date de notification jusqu'au 31 décembre 2025. Il sera reconductible 3 fois par période d'UN AN, soit au maximum jusqu'au 31 décembre 2028
