Description
Le marché consiste en des prestations de nettoyage pour tous les services de la Ville et le Centre Communal d'Action Sociale. Un groupement de commandes a été constitué entre la ville et le CCAS. La VILLE a été désignée coordonnateur du groupement. Cet accord-cadre « composite » fixe toutes les conditions d'exécution des prestations. Chaque lot correspond pour partie à un marché ordinaire correspondant à des prestations permanentes réglées par application d'un prix global et forfaitaire et pour partie à un accord-cadre à bons de commande correspondant à des prestations occasionnelles réglées sur la base d'un bordereau des prix unitaires. La consultation donnera lieu à la signature de deux marchés distincts par lot, avec une partie à prix global et forfaitaire pour des prestations permanentes et une partie à bons de commande pour des prestations occasionnelles (hors forfait) avec un montant maximum fixés pour chacune des années et par membre concerné. Il est précisé que le lot 3 concerne la VILLE uniquement et le lot 4 PARTIE CCAS est un accord-cadre à bons de commande uniquement.
