Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet l'édition du journal d'informations locales,de l'agenda des activités de la ville et du guide des associations ainsi que quelques prestations occasionnelles telles que des encarts ou la mise sous film. Accord cadre à bons de commande conclu pour une première période allant du 1er mai 2024, ou de sa date de notification si celle-ci est postérieure, jusqu'au 30 avril 2025 reconductible 2 fois soit au maximum jusqu'au 30 avril 2027 avec les montants limites suivants pour chaque période : Minimum: 50 000 euro(s) HT / Maximum : 140 000 euro(s) HT
