Description
Pápa város közigazgatási területén a nem közművel összegyűjtött háztartási szennyvíz begyűjtésére vonatkozó helyi közszolgáltatás ellátása. A Kbt. 61. § (4) bekezdése szerinti indokolás: A vízgazdálkodásról szóló 1995. évi LVII. tv. 44/G. § (1) bekezdése alapján a teljes rendszerre kiterjedően egy közszolgáltatás ellátására kíván szerződést kötni a Vgt. 44/G. § (2) bekezdése alapján 5 év időtartamra. A közbeszerzés tárgya szerinti feladatok - jellegük, összetettségük, előírt műszaki paramétereik alapján - szorosan kapcsolódnak egymáshoz, egymásra épülnek, amelyet több ajánlattevő egyidőben nem tudna teljesíteni.
