Autóbusszal végzendő, menetrend szerinti helyi tömegközlekedési feladatok ellátása Pápa Város közigazgatási területén közszolgáltatási szerződés keretében, valamint a szolgáltatáshoz kapcsolódóan a közszolgáltatái szerződésben meghatározott feladatok ellátása, különös tekintettel az utasok díjfizetési kötelezettségének ellenőrzésére, menetrendi javaslat készítése, utasok tájékoztatása, a jegyek és bérletek árusításának valamennyi járaton, teljes üzemidőben történő biztosítása.
