Description
Following an open procurement procedure, the Agency signed on 08/04/2024 the Framework Service Contract (FWC) EUAA/2023/162 for the provision of MedCOI medical doctors’ services. The maximum amount covering all purchases under this Framework Contract, including all renewals and reimbursement of expenses, is 250,000.00 EUR. The FWC was concluded on 08/04/2024 for a period of 12 months with the possibility of automatic renewal for up to three times for twelve months each. This FWC will be in force until 07 April 2028, however, order forms signed before this date will continue to be in force for a limited time in accordance with the relevant contractual provisions. On 05/05/2026 the remaining ceiling under this FWC was EUR 140,652.40 This consumption represents over 50% of the total ceiling in approximately 24 months. The faster consumption of this Framework contract’s ceiling is due to unpredictability and fluctuations in the number of requests sent to the contractor (the Sector never knows upfront the number of requests sent each month by Member States).
