Description
The Skillspass Platform V1, is already functioning, running and developed by eBS. This engine was brought to the market for the exclusive use of the tourism and hospitality sector, providing a structured certification process ensuring candidates' competencies through a two-phase evaluation. Initially, candidates register on the portal and complete mandatory and occupation-specific examinations, fully automated online. Phase one focuses on assessing theoretical knowledge through these examinations. Phase two involves a 30-minute interview, where candidates are questioned about their phase one accomplishments to verify the authenticity of their skills and knowledge. This dual-phase process effectively identifies and eliminates candidates who might have cheated in phase one. The Contracting Authority requires a new version of the system, being referred to as the new Skills Pass Platform. New Skills Pass Platform requires a more comprehensive and versatile certification framework, extending beyond the tourism and hospitality sector to accommodate multiple industries.
