Description
Uppdraget avser konsulttjänst inom genomförandeorganisation inom bygglogistikcentret (BLC) i projekt Norra Djurgårdsstaden (NDS). Syftet med upphandlingen är att säkerställa beställarens behov under avtalsperioden vad gäller de aktuella konsulttjänsterna och att dessa tjänster utförs med hög kvalitet och på ett i övrigt kontraktsenligt sätt. Uppdragen består av en övergripande etappsamordnare och cirka fyra etappsamordnare. Syftet med Bygglogistikcenter kan indelas i fyra delar: 1. Koordinera byggtransporter 2. Samnyttjande av resurser 3. Koordinerar stadens hjälparbeten i byggområdet 4. Skapa samordning och samverkan mellan olika delprojekt. Erbjuden etappsamordnare ska uppfylla följande krav: 1) Relevant utbildning och/eller erfarenhet 2) Erfarenhet bygg- och anläggningsverksamhet 3) Erfarenhet arbetsledning 4) God kommunikativ förmåga i tal och skrift 5) Datorvana, meriterande med kunskaper i Office-paketet 6) Kunskap om olika logistiksystem och förståelse för logistikarbete inom byggsektorn i stort
