Αντικείμενο της παρούσας σύμβασης είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών ναυαγοσωστικής κάλυψης των πολυσύχναστων παραλιών/ακτών του Δήμου Κομοτηνής για το έτος 2026, όπως αναλυτικά περιγράφεται στη σχετική μελέτη που αποτελεί αναπόσπαστο κομμάτι της παρούσας Διακήρυξης, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη το Π.Δ. 31/2018 (ΦΕΚ 61/04-04-2018/τεύχος Α΄) όπως ισχύει με Π.Δ. 71/2020 ΦΕΚ 166/Α/31-8-2020.
