Description
Upphandlingen avser Ramavtal för natthärbärge samt tillfälliga boenden. Syftet med denna upphandling är att utifrån Beställarens behov upphandla natthärbärge samt tillfälliga boenden till en rimlig kostnad i förhållande till god kvalitet. Verksamheterna ska geografiskt befinna sig inom Stockholms län. Natthärbärge - Hemlösheten kan vara orsakad av olika anledningar exempelvis kan missbruk och/eller psykisk problematik som grund. Brukaren ska kunna ta sig till och från natthärbärget med kommunala färdmedel och SL biljett från Huddinge kommun. Tillfälliga boenden – Tillfälligt boende beviljas för kortare perioder på vandrarhem eller liknande enklare boenden. Insatsen riktar sig till barnfamiljer, ensamstående och par som av diverse skäl har ett akut behov av boende. Insatserna syftar till att lösa boendesituationen i ett akut läge och är inte en långsiktig lösning. Upphandlingen avser inte behandling utan konkret hjälp i form av boende, klädvård och hygien.
