Description
Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie robót budowlanych polegających na wykonaniu budynku użyteczności publicznej wraz z przewiązką. Budynek trzykondygnacyjny, jedna kondygnacja podziemna i dwie kondygnacje nadziemne, całkowicie podpiwniczony, w technologii tradycyjnej – murowanej, z dachem wielospadowym o drewnianej konstrukcji więźby dachowej. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określony jest w załączonej do SWZ Dokumentacji Projektowej. Ponadto należy uwzględnić wykonanie przyłączy / instalacji w zakresie przedstawionym w załączniku pn.: „Zakres przyłączy - instalacji - zewnętrzne”.
