Description
Mål och syfte med upphandlingen En ambition för måltidsverksamheten i Karlstads kommun är att inköpen av närodlat och närproducerade livsmedel ska öka. Målet med avtalet är därför att möjliggöra för kommunen att köpa livsmedel med tydligt ursprung och pedagogiskt mervärde. Målet med avtalet är också att stärka relationen mellan lokala odlare/ mathantverkare och kommunens måltidspersonal samt matgäster. En stärkt relation bidrar till ökad kunskap och medvetenhet om råvarors framställning och användning, vilket också resulterar i minskat matsvinn. Syftet med avtalet är att underlätta för mindre aktörer att leverera till kommunen samt möjliggöra för kommunens beställare att genomföra livsmedelsinköp från lokala odlare och mathantverkare. Avtalet syftar även till att bidra till en ökad försörjningsgrad av livsmedel vid händelse av kris och krig. Under veckorna 27-32 har kommunen begränsad möjlighet att svara på frågor i upphandlingen på grund av semestrar. Om frågor ställd i E-avrop besvaras de så snart som möjligt efter semestrar.
