Predmetom zákaziek zadávaných v rámci DNS je dodávka elektrickej energie a zemného plynu do odberných miest Úradu pre normalizáciu, metrológiu a skúšobníctvo SR po dobu trvania DNS, vrátane prepravy, distribúcie a všetkých služieb spojených s dodávkou elektrickej energie a zemného plynu, prevzatia zodpovednosti za odchýlku, v kvalite zodpovedajúcim technickým podmienkam prevádzkovateľa distribučnej siete (PDS), za dodržania platných právnych predpisov Slovenskej republiky, technických podmienok a prevádzkového poriadku PDS počas obdobia trvania DNS (48 mesiacov).
