Predmet ove nabave je najam osobnih automobila sukladno tehničkim specifikacijama u Prilogu I. i troškovniku Prilogu II. Najam obuhvaća kompletnu brigu oko osobnih vozila u što ulaze: police AO i AK, tehnički pregledi i registracija vozila, redovno i izvanredno održavanje te zamjena guma dva puta godišnje (zimsko/ljetne i ljetne/zimske) i usluga hotel za gume. Sva vozila koja će se dati u najam moraju biti u skladu sa Prilozima I. i II., odnosno moraju odgovarati ponudbenom troškovniku i tehničkim specifikacijama.
