Predmet nabave je: NAJAM MULTIFUNKCIJSKIH STROJEVA Cilj je ispunjavanje sljedećih poslovnih ciljeva: • po principu „ključ u ruke“ potpunom eksternalizacijom brige oko ispisne infrastrukture na svim lokacijama Naručitelja. Ponuditelj je obvezan, osigurati zaposlenicima Naručitelja sve funkcionalnosti koje su im u radu na predmetnoj opremi nužne u skladu sa zahtjevima radnog mjesta (nabava opreme, dostava opreme, postavljanje opreme, priprema i instalacija softvera za nadzor ispisa, nadogradnje softvera za nadzor ispisa, potrošni materijal, održavanje, evidenciju, izvještavanje i telemetriju za svo vrijeme trajanja ugovora). Potrošni materijal podrazumijeva tonere/tinte, ostali potrošni i rezervni materijal te papir formata A4 i A3. U sustav upravljanja ispisom mora se uključiti sva oprema koja je predmet ove nabave....
