Ovom nabavom rješava se proširenje postojećih sustava nadzora elektroenergetskog sustava, nabava novih uređaja i njihova integracija u postojeće sustave, nadogradnja centralnih sustava novim funkcijama te proširenje postojećih funkcija za nadzor primarne regulacije na nove lokacije EES-a.
