Predmet nabave je Nadogradnja sustava za podršku vođenju EES-a u skladu s ENTSO-E propisima i ostalom zakonskom regulativom u skladu s Tehničkom specifikacijom, Troškovnikom i Ponudbenim listom te cjelokupnom DoN, u kojima su naznačeni naziv, količina te ostali uvjeti potrebni za sastavljanje ponude. Predmet nabave su usluge konfiguriranja, prilagodbe, analize i unaprjeđenja postojećeg SCADA/EMS/AGC/OTS sustava i vezanih sustava, nadogradnja sustava novim licencama te isporuka sklopovske opreme.
