Ako Ponuditelj ne dostavi ponudu koja u cijelosti ne odgovara potrebama Naručitelja određenima u Opisu predmeta nabave (Tehnička specifikacija), odnosno ponudu kojom se nudi pružanje usluga koje očito ne zadovoljavaju potrebe Naručitelja u odnosu na traženi predmet nabave, takva ponuda će biti odbijena.
