Description
2.1. Opis predmeta nabave: Predmet nabave je nabava usluge preuzimanja na daljnju oporabu neopasnog otpada iz dolje navedenih podgrupa, kojima se otpad razvrstava prema procesu u kojem je nastao, a sukladno Pravilniku o gospodarenju otpadom (NN 106/22). Vrste otpada koje čine predmet nabave nastala su kod naručitelja prilikom obavljanja djelatnosti gospodarenja otpadom, obavljanjem komunalne djelatnosti održavanja groblja i djelatnosti upravljanja reciklažnim dvorištima u Varaždinu, Gornjem Knegincu i Varaždinskim Toplicama, kao i u mobilnim reciklažnim dvorištima
