Nabava obuhvaća isporuku, montažu predmeta nabave do potpune funkcionalnosti, te provođenje svih potrebnih ispitivanja funkcionalnosti opreme. Isporučena oprema mora biti nova i nekorištena, u skladu sa svim pozitivnim propisima Republike Hrvatske.
