Predmet ovog postupka javne nabave je Lož ulje za potrebe pojedinačnih naručitelja (Grad Pazin, Osnovna škola Vladimira Nazora Pazin, CKO Pazin, Pazin sport d.o.o., Dječji vrtić „Olga Ban“ Pazin) (dalje: Naručitelji) temeljem iskazanih potreba svih Naručitelja navedenih u specifikaciji koja čini sastavni dio Troškovnika, te u svemu sukladno tehničkim karakteristikama i ostalim traženim uvjetima naznačenima u ovoj DON. Okvirna količina predmeta nabave za vrijeme trajanja okvirnog sporazuma je 562.200 litara sukladno specifikaciji troškovnika.
