Nabava i isporuka lijekova i medicinskih otopina za potrebe Doma zdravlja Osječko-baranjske županije sukladno Troškovniku sa specifikacijom, kao i svim ostalim uvjetima navedenima u ovoj Dokumentaciji o nabavi. Odabrani ponuditelj je dužan predmet nabave isporučiti uredno, savjesno i odgovorno po najvišim profesionalnim standardima, u skladu sa zakonskim i podzakonskim propisima i pravilima struke. Rok valjanosti isporučenih lijekova mora biti najmanje 6 mjeseci, računajući od dana narudžbe Naručitelja.
