Predmet nabave je isporuka cjelovitog integriranog rješenja za digitalizaciju poslovnih procesa uredskog poslovanja, procesa nabave (dalje u dokumentu SEUP) s uslugama implementacije i inicijalnog podešavanja platforme za potrebe Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, te održavanje istih. Predmet nabave obuhvaća: - Programsko rješenje za Sustav za elektroničko upravljanje dokumentima i - Modul za nabavu. Predmet nabave obuhvaća Licence za korisnike SEUP-a, licence za korisnike Modula za nabavu i Licence trećih strana. Predmet nabave obuhvaća: Faza 1. Instalaciju sustava uredskog poslovanja i modula za nabavu na korisničku serversku infrastrukturu, Faza 2. Snimku postojećeg stanja i konfiguracija novog sustava uredskog poslovanja i modula za nabavu Faza 3. Migraciju podataka, Faza 4. Edukaciju Faza 5. Integraciju s javnim servisima i s LIBUSOFT-om. Predmet nabave obuhvaća i jamstveni rok u trajanju od 12 mjeseci, podršku krajnjim korisnicima u trajanju od 45 mjeseci i održavanje sustava nakon isteka jamstvenog roka u trajanju od 33 mjeseca.
