Predmet nabave je jedinstveni sustav za komunikaciju i kolaboraciju djelatnika Grada Zagreba, Zagrebačkog holdinga i povezanih trgovačkih društava (dalje u tekstu Grada) vezano za upite građana (engl. CRM - Customer Relationship Management). U komunikaciji djelatnika Grada sa zainteresiranim građanima ističu se mnogi izazovi poput pojačanog obujma upita, zahtjeva i prijedloga, putem raznih komunikacijskih kanala, a uslijed tehničkih i tehnoloških ograničenja postojećih alata namijenjenih za komunikaciju s građanima.
