Predmet nabave je nabava i montaža elektronskog sustava zaključavanja u poštanskim uredima u svrhu nadogradnje postojećeg sustava zaključavanja sukladno detaljnom opisu i količinama određenim u Opisu predmeta nabave, Troškovniku i ovoj Dokumentaciji o nabavi. Isporučena roba mora biti nova i nekorištena, te udovoljavati svim standardima prema pozitivnim propisima u Republici Hrvatskoj.
