Predmet nabave je roba, odnosno električna energija za potrebe Grada Kutine i proračunskih korisnika iz točke 1. ove dokumentacije za razdoblje od dvije godine. Grad Kutina kao naručitelj el. energije nije podijelio predmet nabave na grupe zbog prirode predmeta nabave te dobivanja usklađenih vremenskih termina za korištenje el. energije svih korisnika naručitelja i radi povoljnijih komercijalnih uvjeta nabave u odnosu na ponude ponuditelja u ovom predmetu nabave. Predmet nabave je u cijelosti usklađen sa tehničkim specifikacijama na jasan, nedvojben, potpun i neutralan način, te na način kojim se osigurava usporedivost ponuda u pogledu uvjeta i zahtjeva postavljenih ovom Dokumentacijom, opisan u točki 13 Dokumentacije o nabavi i Troškovniku koji se nalazi u prilogu ove Dokumentacije.
