Description

Predmet ovog postupka javne nabave je nabava i isporuka lož ulja EURO LU EL za potrebe grijanja pojedinačnih naručitelja. Isporuka se vrši sukcesivno prema potrebi na lokacije pojedinačnih naručitelja na području GRADA PULE koje su specificirane u dokumentu „Popis mjesta isporuke“ koji čini sastavni dio Dokumentacije o nabavi. Kakvoća naftnih derivata koji su predmet nabave, mora odgovarati zahtjevima odnosno važećim minimalnim standardima u vrijeme izvršenja ugovora o javnoj nabavi, sukladno Uredbi o kvaliteti tekućih naftnih goriva („Narodne novine“ br. 131/21). Granična vrijednost količine sumpora u lož ulju EURO LU EL iznosi do najviše 1,00 % (m/m).
