Predmet nabave su Dijagnostički testovi za mikrobiologiju – grupe za potrebe Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo Osječko-baranjske županije, Službe za mikrobiologiju, sukladno Troškovnicima koji čine sastavni dio ove Dokumentacije o nabavi. Sukladno članku 204. stavak 3. Zakona o javnoj nabavi, ponuditelj može podnijeti ponudu za jednu, više ili sve grupe predmeta nabave. Za svaku grupu podnosi se posebna ponuda, s tim da sve nuđene grupe ponuditelj može uvezati u jedinstveni dokument, sve kako je traženo obrascem Elektroničkog oglasnika javne nabave.
