Nyköpings kommuns behov av löpande myndighetsbesiktningar i enlighet med de samlade upphandlingsdokumenten. Leverantören åtar sig ett helhetsansvar att genomföra kontinuerliga myndighetsbesiktningar av Beställarens angivna anläggningar/objekt omfattande följande besiktningsområden OVK, Motordrivna anordningar, Sprinkler, Lekplatser och Trycksatta anordningar.
