Description
Hankinnan kohteena on Työllistymistä edistävän valmennus- tai koulutuspalveluiden (jäljempänä myös ”muutosturvavalmennus”) hankinta. Muutosturvavalmennuksia tarjotaan Tilaajalle ja Tilaajan asiakasorganisaatioiden (jäljempänä myös ”Asiakas”) henkilöstölle, jotka ovat oikeutettuja lakisääteiseen työllistymistä edistävään valmennus- tai koulutuspalveluun. Muutosturvavalmennusten tarkempi aikataulu määrittyy asiakasorganisaatiokohtaisesti. Palveluntuottajan tulee noudattaa lain määräyksiä muutosturvavalmennuksille. Hankinnan kohde ja sitä koskevat vaatimukset on kuvattu tarkemmin tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä.
