Description
-Demolition of all existing structures on the site. - Removal and safe disposal of all materials on the site. the site is to be left free from all materials. Following demolition, the contractor is to undertake a topographical survey of the finished site. - Undertake Visual structural inspections of perimeter buildings, roads, and footpaths, to verify no damage has occurred to surrounding properties, roads, and footpaths.
