Description
Umeå kommun tillsammans med övriga avropande organisationer upphandlar ett ramavtal för köp av fabriksnya multifunktionsmaskiner (MFP) av senaste modell. Umeå kommun har totalt 750 nätverksanslutna skrivare varav ca 620 st MFP. De MFP som finns har individuella avtalslängder och kommer att bytas ut löpande under avtalsperioden. Avtalet baseras på 4 basmaskiner (grundstandard) med olika utskriftsvolymer med tillhörande serviceavtal. Köparen bestämmer själva när serviceavtalet ska upphöra på aktuell MFP. När den tekniska livslängden på MFP är uppnådd kommer köparen själv efter upprättad återköpspolicy att ansvara för hållbar återvinning. Ambitionen är att maskinerna ska komma ut på marknaden igen.
