Multi Party Framework Agreement for Maintenance works to Traveller specific group housing and halting sites [in 2 Lots] for Dublin City Council. Lot 1: Group Housing Sites comprising the following sites: • St. Marys Park, Finglas • Avila Park, Close and Gardens, Finglas • Northern Cross, Belcamp Lane • Grove Lane • Cara Park and Close, Coolock • Kylemeore Grove, Ballyfermot • Bridgeview, Clondalkin • Labre Park, Ballyfermot , Other Sites within the City and County of Dublin as directed from time to time. Lot 2: Halting Sites comprising the following sites: • St. Margaret’s Park, Ballymun • St. Joseph’s Park, Finglas • St. Dominic’s Park, Belcamp Lane • Tara Lawns • Wards Field, Belcamp Lane • Area A, Belcamp Lane • St. Olivers Park, Clondalkin, Other Sites within the City and County of Dublin as directed from time to time. The Framework will be formed under the Open Procedure. Admissible Tenders meeting the minimum suitability criteria set out in the Suitability Assessment Questionnaire will then be evaluated against the Award Criteria set out in the Instructions to Tenderers and appendices.
