Description
Dublin City Council (DCC) is seeking to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement of Landscape/Minor Civils Contractors on foot of initial contracts for Lot 1 and Lot 2. It is envisaged that eight (8) contractors will be admitted to Lot 1 (Blind Quay), and fifteen (15) to Lot 2 (Elizabeth Street), subject to tenderers meeting the requirements of the Selection and Award Criteria. Tenderers can apply for either or both lots. Multi-Party Framework Agreement of Landscape/Minor Civils Contractors Lot 1. Works between €250,000.00 and €1,500,000.00. With initial contract at Blind Quay – The proposed scheme is within the existing pedestrian area between Exchange Street Lower and Essex Quay near the junction of both with Fishamble Street. The works consist of the clearing of the pedestrian area and the provision of a new footpath and landscaping layout and include the relocation of an existing “Viking Boat” sculpture. Lot 2.
