Description

The Heat Pumps Programme (HPP) in the Dublin City Council area will be divided into two distinct Lots, each with its own geographical area of responsibility or purpose. Lot 1: Dublin City Council Housing - Northside Lot 2: Dublin City Council Housing - Southside Lot 1: Dublin City Council Housing – Northside will comprise 3 No. successful contractors. Contractor No. 1 will be allocated installations / sites in groups of 5-15 No. heat pump installations in cascade with an average of 10 No. allocated on each cascade cycle. The form of contract will be DCC Standard Framework Agreement and contracts on the framework will be PW-CF5 Public Works Contract for Minor Works
