Regional Framework Agreement for HSE Design Team Services 2025 for Major Capital Works with project values between €50m and €400m excl. VAT in the HSE Dublin and South East health region(excluding St Vincent’s University Hospital and St Michael’s Hospital). The Framework is for Building Services Engineering (MandE) Services. HSE Dublin and South-East provides health and social care services to South-East Dublin, Carlow, Kilkenny, South Tipperary, Waterford, Wexford and most areas of Wicklow.
