Description
Dublin Port Company proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of Multi-party Framework Agreement for Civil Works Contractor. The scope of works include but are not limited to the following: • New terminal yards works consisting of prepared site, demolitions, site enclosure security fencing, concrete or flexible paving, drainage, site services, electrical lighting, signage and associated structures, security cabins, welfare facilities, buildings, offices, reefer gantries. Typical yard size 10,000m2 – 45,000m2. • Refurbishment of existing terminal yards. works consisting of prepared site, demolitions, site enclosure security fencing, concrete or flexible paving, drainage, site services, electrical lighting, signage and associated structures, security cabins, welfare facilities, buildings, offices, reefer gantries. Typical yard size 2,000m2 – 40,000m2. • New roads works and associated structures.
