Description
Die Ausschreibung umfasst Trockenbau- und Nassputzarbeiten für den Laborbereich Zytostatika und den dazugehörigen Administrativen Vorbereich an der Zithaklinik in der Stadt Luxemburg. Es handelt sich um eine Umbau- und Sanierungsmaßnahme im Bestand. Die ehemalige Pflegstation auf der Ebene 5 im Bauteil C (Baujahr ca. 1982) wird in einen Reinraum mit GMP- Zertifizierung zur Herstellung von Zytostatika, Biotherapien und anderen pharmazeutischen Produkten sowie in einen Administrativen Vorbereich ohne GMP-Zertifizierung umgebaut. Die Komplettentkernung der ehemaligen Pflegestation inkl. Abbruch des Bodenaufbaus ist bereits erfolgt. Tragstruktur, Treppenhauskerne und Versorgungsschächte bleiben erhalten. Die Ausschreibung beinhaltet: • Nassputzarbeiten • Trockenbauarbeiten - Ständerwände • Trockenputz • Abgehängte Gipskarton Decken • Abgehängte Metallband Rasterdecken • Abgehängte Mineralfaser Decken für Umbaubauarbeiten im 5. Obergeschoss Bauteil C
